Important Information for Receiving and Sending Packages

1.   Identity Check:

The delivery of parcels is carried out exclusively upon presentation of an official identification document of the recipient (ID card, driver's license, etc.).

Also, parcels for shipment are only accepted if the contact information (telephone) of the sender and recipient, or at least one of the two, is provided.

2. Unclaimed Parcels:

Unclaimed parcels remain in our warehouses for up to two (2) months from the date of receipt. After this period, the company is not responsible for their storage.
