Parcel Shipping
Our goal is to offer you an affordable and reliable solution for sending your parcels. We prioritize the safety of the products we transport and ensure they reach their destination in excellent condition.
At the same time, we guarantee consistent and secure handling of your parcels so that they arrive at their destination exactly when needed.
Warehouse Hours
Daily, from Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 20:00.
For parcel shipments, please contact us by phone to obtain the exact routes and schedules, as these may vary depending on the destination.
TERMS OF TRANSPORT
- The shipping fee applies exclusively to the transportation of the parcel.
- Any loss of a parcel after arrival is the responsibility of the sender.
- For destinations where no company offices exist, transportation is carried out at the sender’s responsibility, and the recipient must be present at the bus arrival point to collect the parcel.
- In case of parcel loss, KTEL provides compensation up to a maximum of €60. The loss must be reported in writing on the same day.
- Parcels are intended for personal use only. Otherwise, they must be accompanied by an official dispatch document (Delivery Note).
- It is strictly forbidden to transport parcels containing flammable or hazardous materials, chemicals, as well as valuable items, cash, and securities.
